### What is a credit?

Credits are used only to generate reports: a Creator Report, a Competitor Report or a Campaign Report costs 1 credit each. Search, discovery, post tracking and dashboards never touch your credit balance.

### Does tracking a post use a credit?

No. Tracked posts have their own allowance, separate from credits. In the free trial, post tracking doesn't use credits either.

### How do half-yearly and yearly plans work?

Half-yearly and yearly plans give you the whole term's credits and tracked posts as one pool to use when you need them. Yearly plans also add a 10% bonus on credits and tracked posts.

### How many users can I add?

As many as you need on every paid plan. The free trial is for one user.

### How many client brands do agency plans include?

Agency plans include 3, 5 or 10 client brands, each in its own workspace.

### What does the free trial include?

7 days, 10 report credits, 10 tracked posts, up to 2 campaigns and 1 user, with email support. Exports to PDF and Excel and onboarding aren't included in the trial. No payment is needed to start.
