One link. The whole collaboration.
The Creator Portal gives each creator in a campaign their own private link. It opens in a browser with the full brief, and the whole collaboration happens there: interest, quotes, agreement, drafts, the live post and payment, with every step syncing back to your view in Kriyah.

Why did Kriyah build a creator portal?
Creators usually get very little information before they commit, and they often prefer to keep things private until a deal is confirmed. Meanwhile, brands juggle scattered WhatsApp and private chats. The portal gives both sides one organised place for the entire collaboration.
What happens in the portal, step by step?
- Interest
- The creator reads the brief and marks Interested or Not interested. You see it instantly.
- Negotiation
- The creator sends a quote. You accept or counter, and they're emailed about your counter. They can counter again, accept or decline. They can also request a callback, which saves their phone and email to their profile.
- Agreement
- Once an offer is accepted, you create an agreement with terms that protect both sides. The creator reviews and signs it in the portal.
- Deliverables
- You set a deliverable, such as a reel, with a deadline. The creator uploads a draft, you request changes or approve.
- Live post
- The creator adds the live link, or you paste it yourself. Press Sync now to start tracking.
- Payment
- You create a payment, the creator sends bank details through the portal, and you mark it paid with a screenshot or invoice as proof.
- Shipping (barter)
- Set stages such as shipped, dispatched and delivered, and add a tracking link the creator can follow.
What does the creator agreement cover?
The agreement records compensation, deliverables, the content window, whether reposting, ads or partnership ads are included, exclusivity and disclosure rules such as the paid-partnership label. The creator ticks that they've read the terms and signs in one tap.
The agreement is a mutual agreement between brand and creator, not a formal legal or government document. Kriyah tracks payments and shipments that you update; it does not process payments or track parcels itself.
How does it keep your campaign up to date?
Every action in the portal moves the creator's stage in your campaign automatically, for example from negotiation to approved to live. This works whether you reached the creator by email through Kriyah or set them up manually. Each creator also has a profile inside the campaign with every quote, counter and message in one thread.
Questions about Creator Portal
Do creators need a Kriyah account?
The portal opens from a unique link in the creator's browser, showing their own collaboration. See Kriyah for creators.
Is the creator agreement legally binding?
It's a mutual agreement that records the collaboration and its terms to protect both sides. It is not a formal legal or government document.
Does Kriyah pay creators?
No. Kriyah tracks payments: you create the payment, the creator shares bank details, and you mark it paid with proof.
