How this estimate was built
Directional estimate from typical market rates, not a quote.
Is a specific quote fair? Creator Reports show a fair price range for that creator, next to their real reach and audience quality.
How does the influencer cost calculator work?
The estimate starts from a typical market rate per 1,000 followers for the creator's tier, then adjusts it:
- Tier rate: smaller creators usually charge more per follower than large ones.
- Format: a reel or dedicated video costs more than a story or static post.
- Engagement: creators with above-typical engagement for their tier command a premium, and below-typical creators a discount.
- Market: rates differ widely between countries, for example India and the Philippines versus the United States.
The result is a range, not a quote. Real prices also depend on usage rights, exclusivity, deadlines, production effort and demand.

Questions
How much do Instagram influencers charge in India?
It varies widely by size and niche. As a directional guide from this calculator, a mid-tier Indian creator with around 100,000 followers might charge in the region of $200–$350 for a reel, while nano creators often work for less or for barter. Always check engagement and audience before agreeing a price.
How much do influencers charge in the Philippines?
Rates in the Philippines are typically closer to India than to the United States. Use the calculator with the Philippines market selected to get a directional range in US dollars for your creator's size and format.
Is the estimate a quote?
No. It's a directional estimate based on typical market rates. Real prices depend on the creator, usage rights, exclusivity and timing.
Why do smaller creators cost more per follower?
Nano and micro creators usually have higher engagement and closer relationships with their audience, so brands pay more per follower for that attention.
