Sample data.

What problem does an influencer CRM solve?

Agencies usually keep creators in many Excel sheets. When a client brief comes in, someone digs through every sheet by hand. The numbers in those sheets also go stale fast, because a creator's followers can jump within days. Filtering across sheets, for example "all my micro fashion creators", is slow and painful.

How does importing work?

  1. Drop in a .csv or .xlsx file, one creator per row.
  2. Kriyah auto-suggests how your columns map to its fields: name, profile link, category, location, contacts, rates, engagement rate, average views and more. Edit any match.
  3. Review and approve, and the creators join your roster.
  4. Filter instantly to pull the creators that match a client's brief.

Can you arrange the roster your way?

Yes. Choose which columns you see, such as engagement rate, average views, cost, audience gender or contact phone, much like a sales CRM. Sort by recent activity, filter by relationship stage, and find creators worth re-engaging.

What is inside each creator's profile?

Every creator has a Creator Relationships profile with:

  • Star ratingRate out of five, and filter your roster by rating
  • Campaign historyEvery campaign they ran with you, and how it performed
  • ContactsEmail and phone number
  • Tags and notesYour own labels and internal notes
  • Social accountsAll their platforms in one place
  • Profile dataCategory, location and more

Where do the creators come from?

One database holds creators from your own imported sheets, creators you saved from Creator Search, and creators Kriyah suggests. You can filter by source at any time.

What is coming next?

These are planned and not yet available.

  • Plain-language search across your roster, for example "creators with 2–3% ER, nano to micro, in beauty".
  • Auto-updating numbers, so follower count and engagement rate refresh on their own.
FAQ

Questions about My Creators

What is an influencer CRM?

An influencer CRM is a database for managing creator relationships: who they are, how to reach them, what they charge, how they've performed and how you rate working with them. In Kriyah this is My Creators, with a Creator Relationships profile for every creator.

Can I import my existing creator spreadsheets?

Yes. Upload .csv or .xlsx files and Kriyah suggests how your columns map to its fields, so column names and order don't matter.

Do follower counts update automatically?

Not yet. Automatic refresh of follower count and engagement rate is planned. Today you can pull fresh numbers from Creator Search and Creator Reports.

Can I rate creators?

Yes. Rate each creator out of five stars and filter your database by rating.
